Some people have been asking for this recipe so I thought I'd just post it here...
Chicken Caesar Bowtie Salad
Romaine Lettuce
Mushrooms
Chicken (I bake mine with olive oil and plenty of salt & pepper)
Bowtie Noodles
Caesar Salad Dressing
1 c. mayo
1 tbsp lemon juice (fresh is better)
1 tsp Worcestershire
1 clove garlic (minced) or 1 tsp powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese (fresh!)
1 tbs of milk or half & half
Note! I double the dressing. It makes a HUGE bowl full but it WILL get eaten.
